The ongoing coronavirus pandemic is having a profound impact on the video game industry, and the Switch's popular fighting game Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is no exception. The Super Smash Bros. UltimateARMS character reveal trailer not only confirmed Min Min for the game, but it also confirmed that an ARMS-themed stage is coming as well. The ARMS stage in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate looks like a typical fighting arena from that game, complete with special launch pads that can send players flying into the arches hanging above.
It remains to be seen how Super Smash Bros. Ultimate fans will react to Min Min's addition to the roster. It's unclear just how big ARMS fan base is, but it seems likely that most people familiar with the game associate Spring Man as the 'main' character who may be more deserving of a spot on the roster. But while Spring Man is not the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate ARMS DLC fighter, he still has representation in the game regardless.
For the uninitiated, Spring Man appears in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as an Assist Trophy that players have been able to utilize for quite some time. Spring Man and other characters from the ARMS fighting game roster also appear during Min Min's Final Smash as well. So while Spring Man isn't the ARMS DLC fighter, at least he is still represented in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in some capacity.
With Min Min revealed for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, fans will now be looking to the future. There are still five DLC fighters yet to be added to the game as part of Fighters Pass Vol. 2, and they could be just about anyone. After effects cc for mac.
